ANTI SOCIAL NEIGHBOURS

I saw this in a paper and thought it worth sharing.

"We have a big council house in our street - the large extended family is overseen by a grumpy old woman who keeps fierce dogs. Their car isn't taxed or insured , but the police do nothing about it. Her bad tempered old husband is always upsetting everyone with racist remarks. A local shopkeeper has blamed him for ordering the contract murder of his son and his son's girlfriend but nothing has yet been proved. All the kids have broken marriages except the youngest.

They have two grandsons who are out of control, they are supposed to be in the Army but are always in and out of clubs and pubs. Their outrageous behaviour is always getting reported in the press, they are completely beyond the pale. really who in their right mind would live near Windsor Castle ?"

Well they are migrants so that explains it all. Part German, part Greek with a bit of Astro/Hungrarian Emprire in the mix.

I am sure the Daily Mail will be doing a bit on getting them deported and clawing back the benefits they have been paid for the last 300 years.

Good to live in a country where you can be rude about those at the top.

Makes you want to raise a glass to that "drunken old crook" Winston and all the others who held the line and made it possible.

There's none so brave as those that dont have to fear the midnight knock, are there Councillor?

Hi TK,

How was Blackpool!

Cllr Terry Kelly said...

Renfrewshire Tory - A nicer building I'll grant you but, the Ferguslie folk would get up a petition to evict this mob.

harry haddock - welcome back from underneath your stone.

Cllr Terry Kelly said...

anon - royal benefits gravy train ? those benefits would be worth clawing back.

RFS - Do you understand the word /plagiarism' ? Did I claim to have written it ?
Whether it's funny or not is subjective but, it certainly rattled your cage didn't it.

It came from a national broadsheet newspaper so, it probably wasn't up to your sophisticated level.

Cllr Terry Kelly said...

Byeck - The difference between those who receive the 'midnight knock' in Britain and those who receive it elsewhere is that in Britain they are guilty, isn't that right ?

kelly - LOL - ?

You really are a big fat thicko!!!

Cllr Terry Kelly said...

c4' - a thicko ? in your world ? probably, thank god.

Councillor
"Those who receive the midnight knock in Britain are guilty, right?"

Under your lot that aint necessarily so.(Jean Charles de Menezes - Terrorist? Saddam Hussein - WMD? Any member Renfrew Labour group - various?)

But under the Tories.....

Cllr Terry Kelly said...

byeck - vacuous - deliberately missing the point so I'll spell it out.

We here in Britain have all the undercover, underhand, illegal arms of the state that you find all over the world - but of course we can still say 'it might be all these things but, at least it's British'

Cllr Terry Kelly said...

Patrick - You seemed to have answered my question for me - you are happy to treat the parasitic royals as different, OK that's your choice.

The labour Council won 6 elections in a row and people could have got rid of us if they didn't agree with us protecting jobs.

You're right, we probably do have all the underhand, undercover etc apparatus of state in this country.

But because it's Britain, you are able to rant on and display your prejudices in a way that would get you an interview with the local thumbscrew expert in any of the socialist paradises you so admire.

Councillor, if you can't better it,then dont knock it.

Parasitic unions extort far more from far fewer people, for far less.

Cllr Terry Kelly said...

Byeck - Touching gullible naivety - Tell it to all the people who have been stitched up in this country, have you ever wondered how the authorities got them to confess ? Have you ever noticed reports of raids in the middle of the night where people suspected of being a different colour get taken away, probably for a nice wee cup of tea with a friendly special branch officer.

You surely must practice to reach such a state of denial. You probably think of yourself as patriotic but the powers that be look at the likes of you and laugh, so easy are you to manipulate.

Cllr Terry Kelly said...

shotgun - oh no they dont !

"without adequate acknowledgement"

You dont even tell us which paper (although as it is only the Indie that is a left wing rag in Broadsheet these days we can imply). So I think I am happy with Plagiarism.

Cllr Terry Kelly said...

RFS - it's very interesting to see how easily upset you get over something like this - you must be king of the royal grovellers.

"The labour Council won 6 elections in a row and people could have got rid of us if they didn't agree with us protecting jobs."

But the people did get rid of you (as a council) didn't they?

Cllr Terry Kelly said...

Political Atheist - The result was labour 17 seats SNP 17 seats Lib. Dems. 4 seats - labour with the biggest share of the vote SNP second and the Lib. Dems. The smallest share behind the Tories.

Do you think this was as a result of Labour's 27 year guarantee of no redundancies ? Or are you just thick ?

Political Atheist said...

"labour with the biggest share of the vote"

So you're saying what? You won the vote, but lost the election?

Correct me if I'm wrong but Labour are no longer in control of the council, that is correct isn't it?

Labour may have had the biggest individual share of the vote, but isn't it now the case that more people DID NOT vote labour than did?

"Do you think this was as a result of Labour's 27 year guarantee of no redundancies?"

While I believe there were quite a few other topics caused your parties fall from power (such as the continuing lies surrounding the Pennilee Pavillion) I would agree that after 27 years, the people of Renfrewshire were perhaps looking for a more efficient Council.

"Or are you just thick ?"
Today's Word of the Day on dictionary.com is maladroit which just sums up that question.
Terry, you always disappoint me when you resort to personal insults. Anytime I come on your blog I try to conduct a reasoned argument giving you the benefit of the assumption that you are an intelligent man.

As for whether or not I am thick? Well I know what my IQ is, and while not in the "Super-Genius" category of someone like Einstein, it is in the 91 percentile which places me well above that of your common-or-garden dullard, imbecile, moron, half-wit, idiot, buffoon, dolt, dunce, dotard, retard, numbskull, lamebrain, nincompoop, nitwit, fool or simpleton.

Out of curiosity what is yours?

Cllr Terry Kelly said...

Political Atheist - You made your argument based on our guarantee of no redundancies I argued that that had nothing to do with the election result, I was right, and you almost found the courage here to admit it so, I suppose that's two cheers for you.

What is my IQ ? I have no idea because I've never felt insecure enough to find out. Would a clever person have to take this much time to make this argument ?
